4. Low cost and wide range of use: reducing the cost of electronic products.
5. Excellent resistance to moisture and heat: ensuring the stability of electronic products.
6. Excellent machinability: The drill tip wear rate is smaller than FR-4, and the processing technology is the same as FR-4.
