Best answer

The principle of carbon adjusting the drying speed of ink is mainly achieved by affecting the conductivity and light transmittance of ink.

First of all, carbon has good electrical conductivity. When an appropriate amount of carbon is added to the ink, the electrical conductivity of the ink will be improved. During the ink drying process, due to the conductivity of carbon, the water in the ink will evaporate quickly, taking away a large amount of heat and accelerating the drying process of the ink.

Secondly, carbon also has good light transmittance. When an appropriate amount of carbon is added to the ink, the light transmittance of the ink will be improved. During the drying process of the ink, due to the light transmittance of carbon, the surface of the ink will be more transparent, making it easier for the water on the surface of the ink to evaporate, further accelerating the drying process of the ink.

Therefore, by adjusting the content and distribution of carbon, the drying speed of the ink can be effectively adjusted and the efficiency and quality of PCB production can be improved.
